Corinthia Villa Hotel, a premier boutique hotel located in Garki 2, Abuja, is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team. Our hotel features 70 uniquely designed rooms, a state-of-the-art wellness center, and an inviting outdoor pool, all designed for the ultimate comfort of our guests.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will supervise kitchen staff, train new employees, manage inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, assist in menu planning, and oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain our high standards.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, exceptional culinary skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of food safety procedures.
