Job Description
ESOSA FOOD SYSTEMS AND INNOVATIONS LIMITED is seeking a Sourcing and Recruitment Officer to identify, attract, and recruit top talent to fulfill our workforce needs. The successful candidate will develop effective recruitment strategies, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure alignment with our company’s objectives and values.
Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, managing the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads for staffing forecasts, and promoting our employer brand. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
