Job Description
Ralds and Agate is seeking a qualified Solicitor Associate to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a First Degree in Law and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law. You must demonstrate effective case management and client interaction skills, as well as a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
Key responsibilities include providing expert legal advice, managing legal cases from inception to resolution, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
