Job Description

Phillips Outsourcing is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital strategies for our microfinance banking clients in Abuja. The role involves designing and executing campaigns to advance financial inclusion, managing social platforms, producing persuasive content and client success stories, running targeted Meta and Google ads, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building online trust to acquire borrowers and savers.

  • Requirements: proven digital/social media marketing experience, strong copywriting and content development skills, ad optimization expertise, familiarity with customer acquisition funnels, and strong analytical ability.
  • Preferred: experience in financial services, microfinance, or fintech.
  • Position: Full-time. Salary: ₦180,00–₦350,00 per month.
