Job Summary
Endow is a financial platform built by TIMA to help creators, freelancers, and gig workers collaborate, sell digital products, and manage their revenue across multiple platforms. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and culturally attuned Social Media Manager to join our operations team. The individual will be responsible for shaping Endow’s social voice, managing content calendars, leading community growth, and executing digital strategies that elevate the brand.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes creator culture, understands how to craft social-first narratives, and can adapt fluidly between channels and formats. He/She should be obsessed with digital trends, excited by community-led growth, and driven by the opportunity to build something meaningful. The candidate is also expected to be proactive in identifying cultural moments, creator spotlights, and storytelling opportunities that resonate with our core audiences.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content calendar across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create platform-native content that speaks to Endow’s key audiences — creators, freelancers, and digital entrepreneurs.
- Write copy that drives engagement and brand awareness, from sharp captions to educational threads.
- Lead the day-to-day management of Endow’s social channels, including content scheduling, community responses, and growth experiments.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to amplify launches, campaigns, and announcements.
- Identify and grow creator-led storytelling formats such as spotlights, collaborations, and community challenges.
- Monitor social trends and creator economy conversations to keep Endow relevant and timely.
- Run analytics reports to assess engagement, growth, and impact — and translate those insights into improvements.
- Build and nurture a vibrant online community across social and messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram).
- Manage relationships with external collaborators, creators, and micro-influencers for campaigns and content partnerships.
- Develop creative briefs, social toolkits, and shareable content packages for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain brand voice and visual cohesion across all public-facing content.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing social for a startup, fintech, SaaS, or creator-focused brand.
- Deep understanding and passion for social media culture, creator economy, and platform-specific storytelling formats.
- A strong aesthetic eye and experience working with Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing tools like CapCut.
- Excellent writing skills — witty, clear, and culturally aware.
- Track record of growing and engaging communities from scratch or early stage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product teams, and marketers.
- Comfortable managing multiple content streams, deadlines, and community interactions at once.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using native platform insights and third-party tools.
- Passion for empowering creators, freelancers, and independent digital workers.
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability in a remote work environment.
Up to date with meme culture, Gen Z and millennial social behavior, and emerging platforms.
