Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SME Competitiveness & Market Access Advisor to drive small business growth and expand access to domestic and international markets.
- Design and implement market-entry and export readiness strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, barriers, and risks.
- Build and manage public–private partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
- Deliver capacity-building, training, and technical guidance for SMEs.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in SME development, trade, or market access; strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills; excellent English communication. MSc or equivalent preferred.
