Job Description
Firstfruit Housing Limited, a real estate development and investment company, seeks a Site Engineer to join our Abuja team. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, conducting site surveys, setting lines and levels, inspecting work for quality, supervising crews, managing site logistics and equipment access, enforcing rigorous safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes.
Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate construction and infrastructure, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. COREN certification is an advantage.
