Job Description
We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to design drawings and safety standards. The position involves daily progress and quality control, site inspections, material and schedule tracking, reporting to project managers, and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of on-site experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD and able to read blueprints
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; familiar with site safety regulations
