Job Description
BashleeNG, a prestigious construction company, is seeking a qualified Site Engineer with demonstrated experience in steel structure projects to join their team in Akwa Ibom. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring the quality of steel works, and collaborating closely with project managers and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise steel construction operations.
- Accurately interpret engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and site workers.
- Monitor material usage and maintain thorough documentation.
- Proactively resolve technical issues on site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in steel construction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication and erection.
- Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities.
