Job Description
MacTay Consulting is seeking an experienced Shipment Documentation Officer to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will prepare and process all export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare export/import documents.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Maintain accurate records and provide customer service.
- Resolve documentation issues promptly.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
