Job Description
Ultimum Limited is seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader to oversee a production shift within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that production schedules are met safely and efficiently while focusing on cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the production team to achieve targets, manage machinery, conduct yield reconciliations, maintain clean workspaces, and facilitate seamless shift handovers.
Qualifications: A degree or HND in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production, preferably within the beverages industry.
Key Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
