Job Description
ITEX Integrated Services Limited is seeking a skilled Settlement and Reconciliation Officer. This role involves resolving issues from electronic transactions and performing essential back-office processes such as dispute processing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare VAS Expected settlements for CARD transactions.
- Ensure timely settlement receipt and correct pricing.
- Reconcile inward and outward settlements.
- Escalate unsettled transactions to banks.
- Resolve disputes and customer complaints.
- Process Wallet manual commissions and analyze payment data.
Qualifications: BSc in Accounting or related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and analytical software.
