Job Description

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: N250,00

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

Job Overview: ThatHRLady is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, coordinating job schedules, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and deliver training.
  • Oversee workshop operations and job scheduling.
  • Implement quality control measures.
  • Effectively manage workshop costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of service management experience.
  • Proficient in workshop management software.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
