Job Description

Salary: N250,00
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Job Overview: ThatHRLady is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, coordinating job schedules, and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and deliver training.
- Oversee workshop operations and job scheduling.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Effectively manage workshop costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of service management experience.
