Job Description
SWATX is actively looking for a Service Delivery Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of our services to clients. In this role, you will oversee operational processes, collaborate with various teams, and uphold excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in service management, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery processes and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery concerns.
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies for continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks.
