Job Description
SIMS Nigeria Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Center Manager to lead our service center’s operations, performance, and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and promoting ongoing improvement in our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage staff and supervise effective inventory handling.
- Evaluate performance and provide coaching where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts in service operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or HND in Business Administration or a related field, 5–7 years of relevant experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
