Job Description
We seek a Senior Research & Insights Associate (Anglophone) to lead rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies, convert data into strategic recommendations, and present findings to clients and partners. The role includes research design, fieldwork management, supervision of data analysis, and mentoring junior staff.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, market research, or related field; 5+ years of research experience; native-level proficiency in English.
- Skills: Strong survey design, statistical analysis (SPSS, R, or Python), data visualization, excellent writing, and stakeholder communication.
- Preferred: Project management experience, familiarity with development or policy research, and willingness to travel.
