Job Description
The Senior Program Manager for Ending Sexual and Gender‑Based Violence (ESGBV) will lead program design, implementation, and scale‑up across multiple countries. You will supervise teams, manage budgets and partner relationships, ensure survivor‑centered and safeguarding approaches, and oversee monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting.
- Lead multi‑country portfolios and scale interventions
- Supervise staff, manage grants, and coordinate partners
- Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and survivor‑centered practice
- Drive M&E, adaptive learning, and donor compliance
Requirements: Minimum 7 years in GBV or protection programming, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, grant management, proven M&E and adaptive learning experience; Master’s preferred. Fluency in English and willingness to travel required.
