Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Chef to lead large-scale food production, ensure consistent product quality, and oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train prep teams; develop and standardize recipes, portions, and yields.
- Manage inventory, production schedules, and cost-control measures.
- Enforce food safety protocols (HACCP or equivalent) and apply menu engineering principles.
- Require 5+ years in high-volume production kitchens with proven leadership and analytical skills.
