Job Description
Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead culture diagnostics and enterprise-wide transformation across Nigeria and West Africa. You will advise executives and boards, embed new behaviors using proven change methodologies, drive business development, prepare proposals, and oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects while mentoring consulting teams.
- Qualifications: 10+ years in HR, culture, or change programs; bachelor’s degree required; MBA or certifications (CIPD/CIPM/SHRM) preferred.
- Skills: strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, creativity, consulting experience, and a track record of delivering measurable organizational impact in fast-paced environments.
