Job Description
The Sales and Trade Development Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Sales and Trade Development in the Federal Capital Territory. The primary mission includes promoting the MTN brand and achieving monthly sales targets while leading a team comprising Sales Representatives, Mobilize Consultants, Field Support Agents, and SRAA. Key responsibilities involve enhancing sales and product penetration through brand visibility, managing channel operations and stock levels, coaching team members, and coordinating technical activities. Additionally, the role entails building relationships with dealers and organizing distributor events.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Social Science or related field, with at least three years of post-degree experience. We seek candidates with 3-7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in data mining tools, and preferably some background in the telecom industry.
