Job Description
Salve Consulting Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior HR Officer to lead the development and execution of employee learning and performance programs. The ideal candidate will oversee training initiatives, manage performance appraisal processes, and foster leadership development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement effective learning and development strategies.
- Execute training programs while monitoring and reporting on their progress.
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and contribute to leadership development efforts.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 5+ years of experience in training and performance management; strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS.
Benefits: Monthly salary of N300,00 – N350,00, pension, life insurance, HMO, and leave allowance.
