Job Description
Are you a strategic HR partner with a strong operational background? At 8thGear Hub & Venture Studio, we are looking for a Senior HR & Admin Analyst to effectively integrate HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational culture—with adept administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete hiring and onboarding process.
- Lead employee performance appraisals and engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the PMO Unit to facilitate talent placements.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably within startups.
- Proficient understanding of Nigerian labor law.
