Job Description
We seek a seasoned Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead property valuations and manage a diverse portfolio. The role requires conducting thorough site inspections, producing accurate market and investment valuation reports, and advising on acquisitions and disposals. You will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Requirements: degree in surveying or real estate; MRICS or equivalent preferred; minimum 8 years’ valuation experience.
- Skills: advanced analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities; proficiency in valuation software and market research; capacity to work independently.
