Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections and valuations, managing negotiations for leases and acquisitions, and providing mentorship to junior surveyors.
Applicants must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Estate Management, relevant certifications, and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
