Job Description
SWATX is actively looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design and enhance CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development of CRM solutions, customize Dynamics 365 modules, integrate with enterprise systems, and provide support to end-users.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, and strong proficiency in Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
