Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦400,00 net per month + 10% commission
Role Overview: LD&D CONSULTING is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead growth and acquire new high-value clients in HR outsourcing. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in business development within HR consulting or outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities: Acquire clients for HR outsourcing services, negotiate deals, develop strategies to meet growth targets, and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications: Must have 4+ years in business development, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Incentive: Earn a 10% commission on closed deals.
