Job Description
PEM SECURITY GUARDS is actively seeking a seasoned Security Supervisor to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage security operations to safeguard employees, visitors, and assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of security personnel.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to alarms.
- Assess and mitigate security threats and risks.
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to security staff.
- Oversee security incidents and create detailed reports.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, valid security certification preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.
