Job Description
Full-time Security Supervisor to lead multi-site guard teams. Requires OND/HND/Bachelor in Criminology or Security Management, or equivalent military/police experience; 3–5 years in private security and 1–2 years supervising. Duties: enforce protocols, plan patrols, conduct spot checks and post inspections, manage incident reports and access control, coordinate emergency response. Must be fit, disciplined, computer literate for logs/schedules/emails, and have strong communication. Night, weekend, and emergency availability required.
