Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Securities and Compliance Attorney to enhance our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of securities law, compliance regulations, and corporate governance practices.
Your main responsibilities will include providing legal counsel on securities offerings, ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations, and representing clients in negotiations and disputes. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and maintain an active attorney license. Prior experience in securities law or compliance is highly desirable.
