Position: Secretary
Location: Ignition Club and Arena, Enugu State, Nigeria
Job Summary: The Secretary will support administrative functions to ensure the club operates smoothly. Responsibilities include managing communications, organizing schedules, and assisting with office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications and schedule appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain documents.
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; prior experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
Working Conditions:
