Job Description
Jacobs Chambers is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Secretary to enhance our esteemed law firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and possess exceptional organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing case files, providing support to clients and staff, and ensuring a well-maintained front desk area.
Requirements for this position include an HND (preferably an Associate Degree or Diploma in Office Administration), 1-3 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and reliable transportation to Lagos.
Salary ranges from ₦60,00.00 to ₦120,00.00 monthly.
