Job Description
H&C Outsourcing Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Vice Principal to join our team. In this vital role, you will contribute to both teaching and managing the daily operations of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in ensuring seamless school operations.
- Instruct assigned subjects and enhance student learning outcomes.
- Oversee teachers to ensure high-quality lesson delivery.
- Uphold school discipline while fostering a safe and welcoming learning environment.
- Plan and coordinate school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.
- Engage collaboratively with parents, students, and faculty members.
- Act as Principal when necessary.
