Job Description
This is a remote position at Talent Hackers. We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to spearhead sales strategies and manage a high-performing team in the business funding and alternative lending space.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales funnel/process.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Contribute to prospecting efforts through cold-calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Schedule qualified appointments for clients.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.
- Handle complex sales or escalated issues in collaboration with leadership.
