Job Description
LSA Group is seeking an energetic Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and lead the on-site LSA Home sales team in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will manage 3–4 sales representatives, own the full sales cycle, set quotas, conduct weekly pipeline reviews, forecast revenue, and report to senior management.
- Coach and mentor reps on prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage key accounts and contracts; coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average deal size, and churn; prepare monthly performance dashboards.
Job Type: Permanent. Compensation: ₦220,00–₦250,00 per month.
