Location: Lagos (Mainland – 2 positions, Island – 2 positions)

Compensation: ₦200,00 base salary + ₦50,00 performance bonus + uncapped commissions
Rosabon Financial Services Limited is looking for four dynamic Sales Team Leads to drive fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) sales in Lagos. This leadership role requires mentoring team members, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, strong leadership abilities, and familiarity with the telecom industry is preferred.
