Job Description
Smollan seeks a Sales Supervisor to support the Regional Manager in executing sales plans, coaching Sales and Kiosk Representatives, and managing client–customer relationships to drive growth. You will monitor and analyze sales metrics, oversee team KPIs, recruit and onboard staff, and deliver regular performance evaluations. You are accountable for direct reports meeting quality and performance standards.
- Minimum: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or NQF Level 6
- 1–3 years proven sales leadership with target achievement
- Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication
- Sales-oriented with influencing, planning skills, and attention to detail
