Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive sales and sustainable growth for JOMAV Homes and Properties. The role will identify and develop new opportunities, generate and qualify leads, manage customer data, and design winning bid strategies in coordination with headquarters and stakeholders. You will cultivate strong client relationships, lead strategic negotiations, influence decision makers, and monitor market and competitor trends.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a regional Business Development team, applying consultative marketing principles, and ensuring exceptional customer service to strengthen brand reputation and client satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: ₦30,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month.
