Job Description
Honitreatz is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative based in Port Harcourt to manage customer orders and communications. The role requires prompt handling of messages, calls, and direct messages; logging and confirming orders; coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams; resolving or escalating complaints; and conducting post-delivery follow-ups to gather feedback. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential.
- Full-time, ₦65,00/month
- Requirements: SSCE, minimum 1 year customer support experience, resident of Port Harcourt
- Clear written and spoken English; availability for some weekends and holidays
- On-site at least 24 days per month; willing to commit long term
