Job Description
TalentFlow Consulting is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Agents to expand our dynamic team. In this role, you will connect with inbound leads through online chat, promote our digital products, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via online chat to showcase our products and services.
- Upsell and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Establish trust through effective professional communication.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer support.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, dependable home office setup, availability on weekends and weekdays, and a minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
