Job Description
Design Tek Empire, a prominent real estate company based in Ajah, Lagos, is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 400k to 500k net, along with commission opportunities on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the marketing and sales team.
- Recruit and train an effective sales team.
- Drive the team to achieve sales targets.
- Promote company offerings and facilitate transaction closures.
- Establish and nurture business relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Proximity to Ajah is preferred.
