Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic plans, and drive sustained revenue growth. The manager will cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; set, monitor, and report on targets and forecasts.
- Manage key accounts, streamline CRM processes, and implement data-driven sales strategies.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in sales management, demonstrated leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical aptitude, and CRM proficiency; bachelor’s degree preferred.
