Job Description
El Roi Academy is seeking a proactive Sales & Growth Manager to attract and convert students remotely. This full-time role offers a base salary of ₦40,00–₦60,00/month, 10–15% commission per enrollment, and performance bonuses; total monthly earnings can exceed ₦120,00 with targets met.
- Responsibilities: respond to social media inquiries, follow up leads, convert prospects, maintain a simple lead tracker, provide daily/weekly sales reports, build relationships with parents and students, and propose outreach strategies.
- Requirements: proven experience selling online courses or digital products, strong communication and persuasion skills, results-oriented, reliable, responsive, professional, and able to work independently.
