Job Description
NOVA Bank invites applications for its one-year Sales Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP’26). This intensive program blends classroom instruction, practical projects, and executive mentorship to develop competencies in sales, digital banking, and customer-centric solutions. Trainees will contribute to strategic initiatives across wholesale, retail, and digital channels, gaining hands-on experience in transaction services, cash management, and advisory support. The program is based in Nigeria and targets motivated recent graduates with a strong interest in sales.
