Job Description
WorQulture seeks a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or FX Sales to drive foreign exchange revenue and manage institutional and corporate relationships. The role entails originating, negotiating, and executing FX transactions, providing market-driven advisory and pricing, and collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure AML/KYC and regulatory adherence.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; strong FX product knowledge.
- Proven corporate client management, excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full-time role focused on revenue generation, deal structuring, and long-term client relationships.
