Job Description
Become a key member of the Upbeat Centre team as a Sales Executive in Lagos! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can drive revenue growth and elevate guest satisfaction through effective reservation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue leads, engaging potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Draft proposals and pricing quotations.
- Leverage sales software to streamline the sales process.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) data and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold an HND or B.Sc. in Social Sciences or Humanities, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
