Job Description
Landgate Investments Limited is in search of a motivated Sales Executive to collaborate with the Sales Head in achieving annual sales objectives. This role requires the development of effective strategies to identify and convert new prospects into valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the closing of property deals, ensuring all documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Facilitate property viewings for potential buyers.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with sales agreements.
- Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyers.
- Create regular sales reports for management using CRM systems.
- Perform market surveys to evaluate property pricing.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships for future opportunities.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
