Job Description
JSK Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience in selling landed properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into buyers through various strategies.
- Develop marketing campaigns to showcase properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Residency in Abuja is required.
The starting base salary is N60,00 per month with a 5% commission on closed sales.
