Job Description
Allseven Real Estate Investment Limited is actively seeking a talented individual for the position of Sales Executive. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients looking to buy or sell properties. Duties include conducting market research, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet performance targets, all while cultivating strong relationships with clients.
Job Summary: You will develop and implement successful sales strategies while fostering client relationships. A minimum of an HND qualification and at least 2 years of sales experience in the real estate sector are required.
Compensation: This is a full-time position based in Lagos, with a salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, negotiable, plus commission.
