Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Compensation is ₦200,00–₦300,00 monthly plus commission.
Responsibilities include prompt handling of calls, emails, chat and social media; delivering accurate product information; empathetic complaint resolution; presenting and upselling products; lead follow-up; meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintaining CRM records; and monitoring market trends.
Qualifications: proven sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, strong organization, problem-solving and time-management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. This is a full-time role requiring confidence, resilience and the ability to work independently.
