Job Description
TAEILLO seeks a full-time Sales Associate to generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets in furniture manufacturing. The role includes meeting quotas, advising customers, handling inquiries, and sustaining deep product knowledge. You will coordinate production and logistics, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and keep accurate CRM records plus weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Requirements: 3–5 years of quota-carrying retail sales experience, CRM proficiency, a demonstrated record of over-achievement, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities: generate leads, manage client accounts, provide product guidance, and liaise with production/logistics teams.
